Former Niger Delta militant leader Asari Dokubo has alleged the existence of a covert arrangement between the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and officials in the United States, declaring that he would take steps to frustrate any such agreement if proven to undermine Nigeria’s sovereignty.
