NAFDAC Celebrates 2025 International Customer Service Week, Honors Staff Dedication

The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) joined the global community in marking the 2025 International Customer Service Week, themed “Mission: Possible!”, to recognize the crucial role of its staff in maintaining service excellence and fostering stakeholder confidence.

In her address, Director-General Prof. Mojisola Adeyeye praised employees across all offices and directorates for their dedication and professionalism in serving the public. She highlighted that the week’s theme reflects the agency’s daily commitment to meeting and exceeding stakeholder expectations while upholding NAFDAC’s core values of professionalism, integrity, commitment, and excellence.

Prof. Adeyeye singled out front-line officers as the agency’s ambassadors, noting their resilience and tact in engaging with the public. She also expressed gratitude for the staff’s contributions to NAFDAC’s accomplishments, including achieving WHO Global Benchmarking Tool Maturity Level 3, a milestone that strengthened Nigeria’s reputation globally.

The Director-General further thanked external stakeholders and customers for their continued trust and collaboration, reaffirming NAFDAC’s dedication to continuous improvement and empathetic service delivery in safeguarding public health.
