A Kaduna State High Court in Kafanchan has ordered the remand of 35-year-old farmer Timothy Ayock in a correctional facility over allegations of raping a 70-year-old widow in Tagama community, Zangon Kataf Local Government Area.

Ayock faces two charges, including rape and criminal force, in contravention of Sections 257 and 237 of the Kaduna State Penal Code Law, 2017. The alleged incident reportedly occurred on December 26, 2025. The defendant pleaded not guilty to the charges during court proceedings.
