Odo-Ere, the administrative headquarters of Yagba West Local Government Area in Kogi State, is reportedly under attack by suspected armed bandits, with residents describing scenes of panic and uncertainty as gunfire echoed through parts of the town late Monday night.
Local sources told Stone Reporters that the assault was ongoing as of the time of filing this report, though the precise scale and coordination of the attack remain unclear.
