A wave of violent overnight attacks on student hostels around the Ekiti State University (EKSU) community in Iworoko‑Ekiti has deeply unsettled the campus and surrounding residential areas, prompting urgent calls for stronger security measures after a suspected armed robber believed connected to the crimes was arrested by the police.
