The Adamawa State Police Command has arrested a 30-year-old man, Peter Sinamai, for the alleged murder of his biological father and the dumping of his body in an abandoned well in Sangere, Gombi Local Government Area of Adamawa State. The arrest was announced on Friday, August 7, 2026, following a report received by operatives of the command, who swiftly moved to investigate the incident.
According to police sources, Sinamai, a resident of Sangere, was taken into custody after investigations linked him to the death of his father, whose corpse was discovered in a well within the community.
