The Bayelsa State House of Assembly on Thursday, 9th October 2025, confirmed sixteen nominees for the State Education Development Trust Fund Board following a rigorous screening process. The confirmation comes as part of the state’s continued efforts to strengthen education and improve outcomes for students across Bayelsa.
In an advisory note, the Speaker of the Assembly, Rt. Hon. (High Chief) Abraham Ingobere, encouraged the newly confirmed members to function effectively as a team and collaborate closely to fulfill the board’s mandate.
