The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has announced the commencement of its 2026 nationwide recruitment exercise, inviting qualified Nigerians to apply for various positions across Officer, Marshal Inspectorate, and Road Marshal Assistant cadres. The application process is entirely free and must be completed online through the official FRSC recruitment portal.
According to multiple recruitment notices, the application portal is scheduled to open on Friday, July 3, 2026. The closing date varies across sources, with some reporting July 31, 2026 (four weeks from opening) and others indicating August 24, 2026 or August 3, 2026. Candidates are advised to confirm the exact deadline on the official portal. Interested applicants are required to submit their applications online through the official FRSC recruitment portal: recruitment.frsc.gov.ng. The application process involves visiting the portal and clicking "Register" to create an account with a valid email address, logging in and completing the online application form, and printing the completed application form after submission for screening.
The Corps has strongly warned applicants to be cautious of fraudsters. No payment is required at any stage of the recruitment process. Anyone demanding money in exchange for recruitment slots is a fraudster. Multiple applications will lead to automatic disqualification.
The recruitment covers three major categories.
