SECURITY IN ANAMBRA: CP Orutugu Warns Social Media Influencer “VeryDarkMan” Against Breach of Peace

The Commissioner of Police, Anambra State Command, CP Ikioye Orutugu fwc, MNIPS, PhD, has issued a stern warning to controversial social media influencer Mr. Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan, cautioning him against making inciting statements or engaging in actions capable of disrupting the peace and security of Anambra State.

The warning comes in light of recent online commentary and reported intentions to organize public gatherings in connection with the late Mr. Ifesinachi Onyekere, Managing Director of Fish Magnet outlet, whose passing has drawn significant social media attention.

🕯️ Family Disowns Memorial Plans

According to the Anambra State Police Command, the family of the late Mr. Onyekere has publicly disassociated themselves from any planned candlelight procession or memorial gathering in his name. They have called for privacy and urged the public to respect their period of mourning, expressing faith in the ongoing investigation being handled by law enforcement.

In his address, CP Orutugu emphasized that Anambra remains one of the most peaceful states in the region, thanks to the concerted efforts of the Police, other security agencies, and local stakeholders.
