NNPC Foundation Trains NYSC Corps Members on Financial Literacy Nationwide

The NNPC Foundation has successfully organized a nationwide Financial Literacy Training and Sensitization Programme for Batch B, Stream 2 members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).

The initiative, aimed at promoting financial inclusion and strengthening economic empowerment, featured interactive sessions and practical exercises designed to help corps members understand key financial concepts. Participants were trained on personal finance management, investment strategies, and opportunities for entrepreneurship, equipping them with tools to make informed financial decisions.

Through the programme, the NNPC Foundation continues to champion youth empowerment, providing young Nigerians with the knowledge and skills necessary to build sustainable futures and achieve long-term financial independence.

“This initiative is part of our commitment to preparing young Nigerians to face economic challenges with confidence, make sound financial decisions, and contribute positively to national development,” a representative of the Foundation said.

The programme reflects the NNPC Foundation’s ongoing dedication to youth development and the promotion of economic literacy across Nigeria.
