Vice President Kashim Shettima has held important bilateral discussions with Hungarian President Tamás Sulyok during the 7th African Union-European Union Summit in Angola.
The meeting took place on the sidelines of the summit in Luanda, where leaders from Africa and Europe are discussing key global issues such as peace, security, governance, and cooperation.
During the talks, Vice President Shettima and President Sulyok explored ways to strengthen Nigeria’s relationship with Hungary. They discussed opportunities for collaboration in areas like trade, investment, technology transfer, and educational exchanges.
Shettima’s engagement with the Hungarian leader is part of his diplomatic efforts at the AU-EU summit, where he is representing President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
This meeting highlights Nigeria’s commitment to building stronger partnerships with countries across Europe and Africa to promote peace, development, and mutual progress.
