The people of Gima community in Anka Local Government Area of Zamfara State are in mourning following the death of one of their bravest sons, Isa Abu Tulle Gima, a vigilante who was killed on Friday, September 4, 2026, after he and his colleagues were ambushed by bandits. According to local sources, the vigilantes had been on a mission to defend their community from persistent attacks when they were ambushed by the heavily armed criminals.
