Governor Malam Dikko Umaru Radda of Katsina State has congratulated the newly appointed District Heads (Hakimai) in the Katsina Emirate, describing their selection as a significant reflection of the Emirate's trust in leaders of character, integrity, and dedication to public service.
In a statement released on Monday, Governor Radda commended the new appointees, highlighting their long-standing reputations for honour, humility, and commitment to their communities. The new District Heads include:

Governor Radda lauded the timing of the appointments, which he described as a critical move towards strengthening the Emirate’s leadership and governance.
