Abducted Zamfara Musician Found Dead After Bandit Attack

Fresh sorrow has swept through Anka Local Government Area after one of the residents abducted during the recent attack on Waramu community was reportedly found dead.

The victim was identified as Alhaji Sani Danbaldo, a local figure widely known for performing “Bazawara” songs within the area. According to local sources, Danbaldo was allegedly killed by bandits shortly after being abducted during the overnight raid on Waramu community. (dailytrust.com)

Community members confirmed that funeral prayers for the deceased were held at the General Hospital in Anka following the recovery of his body. The incident has reportedly deepened fear and anger among residents already struggling with repeated attacks and kidnappings across the area.
