Pastor David Ibiyeomie Rejects Alleged Agenda to Islamise Nigeria

Founder of Salvation Ministries, Pastor David Ibiyeomie, has declared that any alleged agenda aimed at turning Nigeria into an Islamic nation will not succeed.

The cleric made the statement during a midweek service at Salvation Ministries headquarters in GRA, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, while addressing worshippers on issues relating to national unity, religious freedom, and the future of Nigeria.

According to Ibiyeomie, Nigeria remains a multi-religious nation founded on constitutional rights and freedom of worship, stressing that no attempt to impose religious dominance over the country would succeed.

“All this agenda is aimed at making Nigeria an Islamic nation, and it can never happen,” Ibiyeomie said.

The pastor also urged Christians to remain vigilant, prayerful, and actively involved in matters affecting national development, emphasizing the need to uphold peace, justice, and constitutional order.

His remarks come amid continued national conversations surrounding insecurity, governance, and religious tensions in parts of the country, with many Nigerians calling for unity and peaceful coexistence.
