The Anambra State Police Command has arrested a 25-year-old man, Olisa Oyelu, also known as "Obele," in connection with a 2023 kidnapping that ended in the death of the victim. Oyelu is identified as the last remaining member of the notorious armed robbery and kidnapping gang led by a suspect known as "Pincode."
