In a powerful display of political mobilization and unity, prominent political leaders including Governor Chukwuma Soludo and Deputy Governor Dr. Onyekachukwu Ibezim have come out in full support of Chief Emmanuel Nwachukwu as he prepares for the upcoming Anambra South Senatorial elections. The rally, which took place at key locations in Nnewi Triangle and Aguata Local Government Headquarters, drew a large crowd of enthusiastic supporters, community leaders, and well-wishers who collectively endorsed Nwachukwu's candidacy.

Governor Soludo, a respected figure for his progressive development initiatives in the state, emphasized the critical need for leadership that is deeply connected to the community and committed to tangible development. Addressing the crowd, Soludo expressed confidence in Nwachukwu as the candidate best suited to represent the region’s interests in the Senate.

Governor Soludo's Endorsement and Call for Support
“Chief Emmanuel Nwachukwu embodies the qualities we need in leadership,” Governor Soludo stated. He highlighted that both Nnewi South and Ihiala had yet to produce a Senator, a gap he believes can be addressed through Nwachukwu's election. Reflecting on the support shown to the late Senator Ifeanyi Ubah in previous elections, Soludo urged the people of Ukpor and Nnewi South to unite in backing Nwachukwu.

“Now is the time to support Nnewi South. Show me your support by voting massively for Chief Emmanuel Nwachukwu. The late Senator Ifeanyi Ubah was elected on the platform of the YPP in 2019, which was a faction of APGA. Today, APGA is united and ready to reclaim its rightful place,” the Governor emphasized.

Soludo also took the opportunity to stress that Anambra State remains a stronghold for the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), asserting that the party is committed to conducting a free, fair, and credible election. He reaffirmed that APGA is not just a political party but a people’s movement, calling on the electorate to ensure their votes count in the upcoming elections.

Support from Key Leaders in the Region
At various locations across the state, other influential leaders echoed Governor Soludo’s call for unity and progress. Speakers such as the Commissioner for Industry, Mr. Christian Udechukwu, the Mayor of Nnewi North, Mr. Echezona Azodo, and Member of the State House of Assembly, Mr. Ikedi Orji, all emphasized the need for a collective effort from the people of Nnewi North and Aguata to ensure a successful campaign for Nwachukwu.

The State Chairman of APGA, Barr. Ifeatu Obiokoye, along with prominent figures like Dr. Chibuike Offorbike, Tony Muobike, Barr. Sylvia Ifemeje, Chief Titus Anagbogu, and Engr. Dom Okafor, also lent their voices in support of Nwachukwu’s candidacy. They all reiterated that unity among the people would be crucial for achieving victory in the election.

Chief Nwachukwu’s Vision for the People
Chief Emmanuel Nwachukwu, visibly moved by the overwhelming support from the community, thanked everyone for their trust and pledged to prioritize the welfare and development of the people if elected. He emphasized that his campaign is driven by a vision of progress and unity, aiming to serve the needs of Anambra South residents at the national level.

A touching moment during the event was the one-minute silence held in honor of the late Senator Ifeanyi Ubah, a tribute to his contribution to the state and his people.

The Road Ahead: Unity and Progress
With the elections fast approaching, the momentum behind Chief Emmanuel Nwachukwu's campaign continues to grow. Backed by widespread community support and the endorsement of influential leaders, Nwachukwu’s campaign is centered on unity, progress, and a promise to deliver for the people of Anambra South. The rallying call for the electorate is clear: vote for a better future, vote for Chief Emmanuel Nwachukwu.

Deputy Governor Dr. Onyekachukwu Ibezim, who accompanied Governor Soludo to the rallies, also canvassed for votes and urged the people to remain focused on ensuring a successful and peaceful election.
