The meeting, held today at the office of the Co-chair, Commissioner of Police, CP Ibrahim Adamu Bakori, PhD, brought together heads and representatives of all security and safety agencies in the state to assess past election security deployments and adopt a strategic plan to ensure peaceful polls.

During the session, members reviewed the performance of past elections, addressed operational challenges, and finalized a comprehensive security plan. This includes clearance operations across the state and coordinated deployments to safeguard polling activities from start to finish.
