The Nigerian Army has issued a strong warning to the public over a fraudulent recruitment announcement currently circulating on social media and other online platforms.
According to the Army, the viral publication falsely claims that the application process for the 90 Regular Recruitment Intake has commenced. Military authorities clarified that the information is entirely false and should be disregarded.
In a statement signed by Captain AU Hammanga, Acting Assistant Director of Army Public Relations at the Directorate of Recruitment, the Army emphasized that all genuine recruitment updates are only released through its verified official platforms.
The public has been urged to remain vigilant and avoid falling victim to fraudsters exploiting the recruitment process. The Army assured that once the portal for the 90 Regular Intake officially opens, the announcement will be made transparently through its recognized channels.
