The Ministry of Foreign Affairs joined the global community in commemorating the 80th Anniversary of the United Nations during a ceremony held at the Rotunda of the Ministry on Friday, October 24, 2025.
Representing the Permanent Secretary, Ambassador Dunoma Umar Ahmed, the Chief of Protocol, Ambassador Wahab Akande, delivered an address as the Guest of Honour, highlighting Nigeria’s continued commitment to the principles and objectives of the United Nations.
