Kurawa community has once again been thrown into fear after armed bandits invaded the area and abducted two residents — Adamu Gura and Samaila Mai Tsinka — in a late-night attack that met no resistance.

According to residents, the attackers operated freely and left the community unchallenged, underscoring the growing vulnerability of rural settlements repeatedly targeted by armed groups.

The latest abduction has intensified frustration among locals and advocates who question how long communities must continue to endure such violence without adequate protection from security agencies.

One distressed resident captured the mood of the community, asking, “How long will communities keep facing this terror?”

The attack has renewed calls for urgent government intervention, improved security presence, and a clear strategy to counter recurring bandit assaults across the region.
