NNPC Ltd. Participates in Africa Refining Roundtable

The Executive Vice President, Downstream, NNPC Ltd., Dr. Mumuni Dagazau, recently participated in the Africa Refining Roundtable, a platform that brought together African refinery leaders to discuss critical challenges in the energy sector. The event was held in Accra, Ghana, from July 29 to July 31, 2025.

Dr. Dagazau engaged with African refinery leaders on key themes, including human capital development, project finance and investment, project execution, and technology updates. He emphasized the importance of Africa recognizing its potential and contribution to meeting global energy demands.

Dr. Dagazau stated that Africa must work to enhance productivity by consolidating value chain retention within its growth strategy. This approach will enable the continent to maximize its energy resources and drive economic growth.
