ITSK Commandant Pays Courtesy Visit to Kano State Commissioner of Police

The Commandant of the Immigration Training School, Kano (ITSK), Comptroller I.A. Ozigi, pcc+, fsi, mnim, mspsp, has paid a courtesy visit to the Commissioner of Police, Kano State Command, CP Bakori Adamu, in a bid to deepen inter-agency cooperation.

During the visit, Comptroller Ozigi emphasized the importance of sustaining and strengthening the existing cordial relationship between the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) and the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) within Kano State. He noted that collaboration between the two institutions is essential for effective internal security management and professional development.

“The purpose of our visit is to further consolidate the relationship between the Kano State Police Command and the Immigration Training School,” the Commandant said. “We are also exploring avenues for mutual collaboration, particularly in training and capacity-building initiatives that will benefit both institutions.”

In response, CP Bakori Adamu expressed appreciation for the visit and affirmed the Police Command’s commitment to supporting joint initiatives aimed at enhancing national security and institutional development.

The visit is part of a broader effort by the leadership of the Immigration Training School to foster strategic partnerships with sister security agencies across the country.
