Leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State have urged party members and supporters to take full advantage of the ongoing Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) exercise as part of preparations for the 2027 general elections.

Speaking at a stakeholders’ meeting in Ikare Akoko, the party chieftains emphasized that voter registration remains a critical step in consolidating democracy and ensuring that the APC retains a strong edge at the polls.

They stressed that mobilizing eligible Nigerians, particularly young people and first-time voters, to register and obtain their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) will be vital in securing electoral victory for the party.

Addressing journalists shortly after the meeting, the leaders described the CVR as more than just a national exercise, but also a strategic opportunity for the APC to deepen its grassroots base and strengthen its political influence across Ondo State.
