
Senator Natasha H. Akpoti-Uduaghan has expressed deep gratitude to Nigerians for their overwhelming support in what she described as a “long walk to justice.”
In a statement, the lawmaker representing Kogi Central appreciated the people of her constituency, Kogi State, and Nigerians at large for their voices, prayers, and solidarity, stressing that the victory achieved was not hers alone but a collective triumph.
She specifically commended the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Womanifesto, Socio-Economic Rights & Accountability Project (SERAP), and various political parties for standing firm in demanding accountability and justice.
“To my husband, children, and the many heroes who have become family in the course of this pursuit, my gratitude is endless,” she said, pledging that the sacrifices made would contribute to building a better and more equitable Nigeria.
Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan reaffirmed her renewed commitment to service anchored on integrity and courage, dedicating the milestone to God, the people, and the country.
