The Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) has announced plans for the 2025 Lagos International Trade Fair, projecting one million participants in what is set to be the biggest edition in its 39-year history.

Organisers described this year’s fair as more than just an exhibition, saying it underscores that Nigeria—and Lagos in particular—remains open for business.

Speaking at a press conference in Lagos, Vice President of LCCI and Chairman of the Trade Promotion Board, Abimbola Olashore, revealed that publicity efforts began as far back as April to achieve the ambitious one-million visitor target.

The 2025 Lagos International Trade Fair is scheduled to hold from November 7–16 at Tafawa Balewa Square, featuring new specialized shows and celebrations marking ECOWAS at 50. President Bola Tinubu is expected to formally open the fair.
