The Eselu of Iselu Kingdom in Yewa North Local Government Area, Ogun State, Oba Akintunde Akinyemi, has called on Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu to intervene and order the arrest of entertainer Mandy Kiss over her planned 24-hour sexual challenge.
Oba Akinyemi described the planned act as “disheartening,” expressing concern that it brings embarrassment not only to her family and local community but also to the nation at large.
Mandy Kiss intends to engage in sexual activity with 100 men within 24 hours in Ikorodu, Lagos, scheduled for September 30, 2025, prompting the monarch’s appeal for urgent action from authorities.
The monarch also warned that such acts reflect a worrisome erosion of moral culture in Nigeria, attributing them to a combination of social media influence, inadequate parental guidance, and the growing glamorization of controversial behaviors in entertainment and online platforms. He stressed that this trend undermines societal values, encourages reckless behavior among youth, and diminishes respect for family and community norms.
“This is a wake-up call for all Nigerians,” Oba Akinyemi said. “If such acts are allowed to go unchecked, they will continue to weaken our moral fabric, encourage promiscuity, and tarnish the image of our youths and nation in the eyes of the world.”
He urged parents, community leaders, religious organizations, and government authorities to collaborate in rebuilding the moral compass of society, emphasizing the need for education on values, self-respect, and responsible use of media platforms.
