Her Excellency, Amb. (Dr.) Hajiya Aisha Bala Mohammed, First Lady of Bauchi State and Founder of the Al-Muhibbah Foundation, recently led the Bauchi State delegation to the Women International Leadership Development Programme in Singapore. The programme, themed “Equine Leadership Innovation for Women Leaders,” convened distinguished women leaders from around the world to exchange insights on leadership, innovation, emotional intelligence, and transformative governance strategies.
During the closing ceremony, the Bauchi State delegation received certificates of participation, acknowledging their active engagement and commitment to enhancing women’s leadership capacity.
Accompanying the First Lady were the Wife of the Deputy Governor, representatives from the Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to the Office of the First Lady, and other senior government officials, who all contributed to discussions on inclusive governance and leadership innovation.
Her Excellency reaffirmed her dedication to empowering women, promoting leadership excellence, and fostering international collaboration for sustainable development. These principles continue to guide her work through the Al-Muhibbah Foundation and numerous empowerment initiatives across Bauchi State and Nigeria.
