Nigeria’s Junior Scrabble team delivered an outstanding performance at the Pan Africa Youth Scrabble Championship in Nairobi, Kenya, claiming both the Under-15 and Under-19 titles.

Sophia Ekeruche emerged victorious in the U-15 category, while Prestige Archibong won the U-19 title, highlighting the nation’s strong talent pipeline. Other top performers included Hassan Olojoku, who finished third in U-15, and Abdulqudus Aliu, who took second in U-19. Both Nigerian teams also secured the first-place trophies in their respective divisions, reaffirming the country’s dominance in the sport.
