The First Lady of Bauchi State, Hajiya Aisha Bala Mohammed, alongside Governor Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed, welcomed Bauchi State students who have been awarded scholarships to pursue higher education in China.
The students, who visited Government House to seek the Governor’s blessing and guidance ahead of their departure, were encouraged to approach the opportunity with discipline, focus, and dedication.
In her remarks, the First Lady advised the students to seize the opportunity for academic excellence and return home prepared to contribute meaningfully to the development of Bauchi State. Governor Mohammed also urged the scholars to remain law-abiding, diligent, and exemplary ambassadors of both Bauchi State and Nigeria.
The visit reflects the state’s commitment to nurturing talent and investing in the education of its youth.
