Spiritual leader and founder of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has warned President Bola Ahmed Tinubu of an alleged foreign plot by the Donald Trump-led U.S. administration to destabilize his government and force him out of power by 2027.

The cleric, in a statement on Sunday, cautioned the Nigerian government not to underestimate the growing international pressure over allegations of “Christian genocide” in the country, saying it is being used as a political weapon against the Tinubu administration.

“I have been talking about America fighting Tinubu’s government, but they didn’t take cognizance. When I spoke about the coup, some political commentators criticised it, but what has happened now?” Ayodele said.

He noted that his past warnings had been ignored, adding that current developments only confirm his earlier prophecies about foreign interference and political destabilization efforts.

“Some call me permutation prophet, some call me doom, but everything has been coming to pass,” he added.

According to Primate Ayodele, the alleged campaign is not just about religion but part of a broader geopolitical move aimed at removing Tinubu’s government through coordinated international pressure and local political unrest.

“Tinubu’s government must not sleep on it. It is a plan to send the government of Tinubu off in 2027. Beyond the allegations, it’s an orchestrated plan to send Tinubu out of power. The president hasn’t seen it that way,” he warned.

The cleric urged the administration to take proactive measures to safeguard the country’s stability and resist external manipulation that could threaten Nigeria’s democracy.
