The Adamawa State Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Corps Commander Abdulmaliq Dama Bello, has paid a courtesy visit to the Chief Judge of the state, Hon. Justice Hafsat Abdulrahman, as part of efforts to strengthen collaboration between the Corps and the Judiciary.

The visit, in line with the Corps Marshal’s policy of building strong partnerships with key stakeholders, centered on enhancing support for road safety enforcement through the assignment of magistrates to Mobile Court operations. Commander Bello also advocated for structured road safety training for Judiciary staff and official drivers, aimed at reducing accidents and promoting safe driving practices.

In her response, Justice Abdulrahman praised the FRSC for its tireless commitment to road safety and pledged her full support. She assured that magistrates would be assigned to strengthen FRSC Mobile Court operations while also committing to partner with the Corps in training Judiciary staff and drivers.

Observers say the strengthened ties between the FRSC and the Judiciary in Adamawa will not only boost enforcement but also deepen awareness of safe road culture among key institutions in the state.
