Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, has marked a historic milestone by commissioning the Osun Farmers’ House in Osogbo, a project initially started by the former PDP administration under Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola but left abandoned by successive governments.
The Governor formally handed over the completed facility to Osun farmers, describing the achievement as a demonstration of his administration’s commitment to addressing the needs of the state’s agricultural community.
“This milestone not only reflects our dedication to supporting Osun farmers but also highlights our focus on transforming every sector of the state’s economy,” Governor Adeleke said. He expressed gratitude for the backing of the state’s farmers and reaffirmed his administration’s resolve to revitalize agriculture as a key part of ensuring food security for the people of Osun State.
The completion of the Osun Farmers’ House signals a renewed focus on empowering farmers and strengthening the agricultural sector, a critical component of the state’s broader economic development agenda.
