Governor Bago Equips Security and Public Institutions with New Operational Vehicles
In a renewed effort to strengthen public service delivery and enhance security operations, Niger State Governor, Mohammed Umaru Bago, widely known as the Farmer Governor, has distributed a fleet of operational vehicles to key government commissions and security agencies across the state.
The official handover took place at the Government House in Minna, where Governor Bago emphasized that the vehicles are meant to boost logistics, improve coordination, and support the effective performance of public officers and security operatives.

Auditor General, Local Government
Finance Officer, Government House
Governor Bago commended the dedication of these officials to service and urged them to use the vehicles responsibly to achieve strategic goals and serve the people better.
Security Boost: 20 Hilux Vehicles for Agencies
In a similar move to combat crime and strengthen law enforcement, the Governor also presented 20 additional Hilux vehicles to various security agencies operating within the state.
> “Our administration will continue to prioritize safety and institutional performance. A well-equipped force is a safer society,” he affirmed.
The distribution forms part of a broader initiative by the Bago-led administration to reform governance, modernize public systems, and fortify internal security under the vision of a more resilient and responsive Niger State.
