
The Director General of the Edo State Migration Agency (EDMA), Hon. Chief Lucky Agazuma, has highlighted the importance of strategic collaboration in tackling illegal migration and other societal vices. He made this remark while hosting the leadership of the Nigerian Students and Youths Association (NISAYA) during a courtesy visit to the Ministry in Benin City.
Hon. Agazuma assured the NISAYA leadership of EDMA’s commitment to working closely with the organization to raise awareness about the Agency’s mandate and ongoing initiatives. He emphasized that such partnerships are crucial for engaging youths and creating meaningful interventions that curb illegal migration and enhance social well-being.
Speaking earlier, the Deputy Coordinator of NISAYA, Mr. Terry P. Osemwingie, expressed the association’s eagerness to collaborate with EDMA, empower their members, and actively participate in future programs of the Agency.
Members of NISAYA also commended the Edo State Government and Governor Monday Okpebholo for their innovative policies and steadfast commitment to youth development in the state.
