The Kano State Health Trust Fund (KHETFUND) team, led by Executive Secretary Dr. Fatima Usman Zahraddeen, actively participated in group exercises on the second day of the 4-day Kano State Health Sector MDAs 2026 Annual Operational Plan (AOP) Technical Review and Harmonization Workshop.
The exercises focused on reviewing feedback from the situation analysis (SITAN) across various Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs), using reference documents to ensure accuracy and alignment with state health priorities.
Organized by the Kano State Ministry of Health, the workshop is supported by the FCDO Lafiya Programme and Sanhdef, and is being held at The Pyramid Hotel in Kaduna. The collaborative sessions aim to harmonize operational plans across health sector agencies for the 2026 fiscal year, promoting efficiency, transparency, and improved health outcomes.
