Armed bandits have reportedly abducted Hon. Dan Musa Garin Kwairi, a councillor representing the Futuk-West constituency, alongside his two wives during a late-night raid in Futuk community, Gwana District of Bauchi State.
The incident occurred in Alkaleri Local Government Area, where gunmen were said to have stormed the residence of the local lawmaker under the cover of darkness. According to residents familiar with the development, the attackers moved directly to his home and seized him and his wives before fleeing to an undisclosed location.
Local sources indicated that the operation appeared targeted, as the assailants reportedly bypassed other houses and focused on the councillor’s residence.
